Product delivery times- If your product is not readily in stock, specifically if you have requested custom work to be done, we will start processing and manufacturing your item the same business day, all orders purchased after 1200 central time will begin processing the following business day. We ask each stateside customer to expect anywhere from a 1-3 week processing time from date of order; overseas customers should expect a 4-6 weeks processing/delivery time (APO/FPO shipment). We DO NOT process orders over the weekend, we will process all weekend orders first thing Monday morning.
Items purchased will then be shipped out to you based on how you choose your shipping at checkout. Once shipped out all items are insured for at least $100.00. If your products are broken by the carrier you had chosen your order is still secure with us as long as you follow these policies. If broken during shipment by USPS or UPS, contact us immediately at 901-840-3651. We will send you, at no charge a return label and start re-building your product just as you ordered it. Once you send the damaged package back, we will re-ship your new item to you at no extra charges.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS: We have a NO refund policy specifically to those items that were custom made and cannot be re-sold. We will always honor a full replacement if your product has any defects which must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receiving your product.
