  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    Each order takes an estimated 2-3 weeks to ship out once recieved.
  • Do you have a storefront?

  • Do you offer different woods?
    Most of our products are crafted from premium woods that include Radiata, Alder, Birch, and Walnut on select products. Additional wood can be used if specified at an additional cost.
  • Are you really made in America?
    Yes, each and every one of our handcrafted products are made in the United States using local and regionally-sourced materials.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship to only FPO/APO addresses. We do not ship to local international addresses. There is a separate charge for FPO/APO…. Do not blame us, the USPS has gotten ridiculous in their rates and sub-par services. Pony Express moved faster than today’s current USPS employees and process. - FACTS!
  • Do you offer expedited shipping?
    Yes we do for an additional fee. Please contact our customer service at 901-840-3651
  • Can I edit or cancel my order once it has been placed?
    If your order has been started and it is a custom piece, it cannot be cancelled. Please call our office and ask to speak with Mike or John, this has to be done manually.
  • Why was I charged tax?
    Why were we charged sales tax? Simple, the government taxes everything…we do not keep this. The government both state and federal, take our money so they can mis-appropriately use it on things and people who have job security even when they are doing a bad job with no repercussions. Somehow, they still get 5-8 weeks of vacay a year plus raises. The taxes are ridiculous, we as a small business pay 27 different types of taxes per year and all year round?! Some how my roads still have more pot holes than ever, police retention is down and the schools never have money for basic things? The things that make you go ummmm? But we abide by the law and color in the lines, the taxes get paid here and that is why you pay sales tax.
  • What if I have a return or my shipment is damaged?
    As a custom company, all products are made-to-order at the point of purchase. We will start processing and manufacturing your item within 24 hours of your order. We do not process new orders over the weekend. For complete processing and shipping, we ask that all stateside customers expect a: 3-4 week turn-around time from date of purchase to front door. For all overseas customers (APO/FPO), please expect a 4-6 week turn-around time from date of purchase to location destination, that varies based on DOD transportation. Shipping time is also dependent upon your choice at check out. Once shipped, all items are fully insured with us. If your item arrives broken by the chosen carrier, your order is secure with us. You must contact us within 96 hours of your products arrival for us to be able to process an insurance claim with the carrier you chose. PLEASE KEEP YOUR BOX AND TAKE PHOTOS OF EVERYTHING TO INCLUDE THE BOX. If you do not do this the insurance will be denied and we cannot assist you any further.
